teddybear in Hebrew)  of Israel's Combat Engineering Corps.

Used by the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) Combat Engineering corps the
Caterpillar D9 armored bulldozer is a versitile, dependable, durable ans
well-protected platform. Used in combat and in counter-terrorism
operations, the D9 is cited by military experts as a key factor in keeping
IDF casualties low in the war against Palestinian terrorism.

This specific model shown here is the  CAT D9R up-armored with ballistic
plates coat, reinforced ballistic bulletproof glass and slat armor (also
known as cage armor or bar armor). The Israeli armor kit proved itself
effective against terrorists and anti-tank weapons.

In the skilled hand of the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps the D9 became
the nightmare of terrorists and a key factor in keeping IDF casualties
low.
