I wanted to give you the sun giftwrapped in blue shiny
giftware. I really wanted to, because I know you're always
cold. I thought that, having the sun in your room, wrapped
in blue shiny giftwrap, you'd never have that problem
again.

I started going to the beach on sunny days, just to look at
the sun and decide how I'm going to get it, and calculate
how much blue shiny giftwrap I'll have to buy.

The natural way to start hunting the sun was a bucket of
water on the lawn, but then I understate water would ruin
the giftwrap.

I went to a jewelry store, but they only had gold pendants.
Gold can't warm you, I need the sun.
I went to some toy stored but only found plastic suns, with
faces drawn on them. I knew plastic can't ever warm you, and
the face was just creepy.

i have fifteen rolls of blue shiny giftwrap at home, waiting
for the time I catch the sun. In the meantime I'm using tiny
bits of it as bandages, because I keep burning my fingers.
