To love an angel hurts very much,
To pits of despair I was sent by her touch.
The thought she hates me is like the shadow of Death.
Is there a cure for my disease, here on earth?

The light is fading, so I close my eyes.
Darkness surrounds me and covers the skies.
The future from here seems bleak and black.
What once was a frigate is now a ship wreck.

Into oblivion I was nipped in the bud,
From the gates of heaven I was tossed to the ground.
This is the price I pay for the errors I made,
The memories are tormenting my head.

The clouds have gathered, it started to rain.
Lightings are striking and I feel the pain.
I see my angel, in Heaven she lies,
Above the sadness of mortals she flies.

The final chapter has not yet begun,
I see the sunset but I can't see the dawn.
It was divine to catch a glimpse of her face,
Will she remember me forever with grace?
