Sitting around in his morning gown
Looking outside as the waves are crushing him down
and the day is done
when sunlight is dim, he gets out of bed,
mysterious thoughts in his head are crushing him down
where the day has gone?
and carelessly his lips then said
the prayer of the living dead
At night time's he slips past his iron door
stalking the strangers ahead who are bringing him down
as the day begun
he's reminded with every tear shed
of the prayer of the living dead
he's stuck inside, with no space to grow,
screaming out at the thin air
Free
Everyone desereves to live free
He's going to sleep as the day unfolds
exactly as the day before, he's resting his bones
dead to the world
And when you see him try to stay clear
he talks and you may very well hear, and it'll bring you
down
bring you down
be carefull - block out of your head
the prayer of the living dead
You'd be stuck inside with no place to go
yelling but no one will hear
Free
Everyone deserves to live free |
