I sat and thought
And I came up with a lot

And what I think I should
And what I will actually do
They are all in relation
Relation to time
That invention of man
That can make us blind

To make a future
To make my mind
To decide
I do it all the time
And then time passes
And I have to try
And try

And every choice
And every decision
Seems wrong after a while
And every thought
And every suspicion
Seem ridiculous
Enough to smile

And time
Time is like a spiral
Taking us around
Up and down
Up and down
Depending on the wind
But really we are just spinning round...

So what do I want?
I want this spiral to spin
And know it's not the end of the world
If I don't know what I want
And where to begin
