It just happened
It's not as if I planned it
You don't plan on falling in love
You try to understand it
How in one moment
She's a total stranger

I tried not to think about it
I pretended not to care

She's always standing there

The smell of her perfume
So close I could taste

I know she isn't right for me

I know she has somebody else
But I still long for her

Finally I accepted
It happened to me again
My life will not go back to how
They were when this began
And to tell the truth, I'm glad
It wasn't what I planned
I ended up falling in love
And now I understand

She doesn't know she's beautiful
Although it's like I told her
Real beauty comes from within
And it's in the eyes of the beholder
