Harry was a super hero, yes, just like Superman, or Captain
America.
He had special powers, and he could do all kinds of stuff.
He could fly over buildings, he could bend iron, he could
even breathe underwater. He was very powerful. And he was
kind, like all super heroes, and most of the time he fought
against evil. And by doing that he kept himself busy.

He fought against evil from all over the world and from
other worlds too, and by doing that he traveled all over the
galaxy. He had even been to Mars. He saw all kinds of people
and civilizations. He knew to speak all kinds of languages,
because super heroes know that stuff.

One morning Harry had this strange feeling. He woke up,
brushed his teeth, smiled for the new day and put on his
super heroes robe. Then he was ready to climb the window of
his living room, and jump. But then something strange
occurred. He stared out of the window and suddenly realized
that all of his special powers were gone. He felt a strange
tickle in his feet that started spreading through his
stomach. And for the first time of his life he became an
ordinary man. And for the first time of his life he became
sad.

That day Harry tried all kinds of things; he tried to watch
television, but all it had on was some people fighting each
other. And a dark haired woman that helped them fight, they
called that a "talk show" but everyone was shouting, and it
didn?t help him at all. Then he tried to walk around his
house, he tried a trick he saw on a Superman movie, but it
didn?t work for him. He even tried a special recipe that his
crazy uncle gave him once. But, unfortunately nothing
worked. Harry started losing hope.

Out there it was a wonderful day, the sun was high in the
sky and it was warm. Harry decided to go out on a walk. In
the park, some kids came up and asked for his autograph,
they didn?t know he wasn?t a super hero any more and he
didn?t want to spoil their fantasy of super heroes. Harry
gave it to them. But then an old woman started shouting that
her bag was stolen. Harry tried to stop the thief. The thief
fought him and ran away. The kids came back to him and gave
him back his autograph, "he is fake, let?s go watch
television," they said.  For the first time in his life he
had failed. And he felt even worse.

The time passed, one day followed another and Harry decided
not to come out of his house anymore because he didn?t want
to disappoint more people. Then he started realizing that
the world could do without him too. The evil didn?t take
over the galaxy and the end of the world didn?t come, even
though it was written all over the newspapers that it would
come soon. Harry became sick and grumpy, and he decided to
go and get some help.

Harry heard about this witch who helped super heroes,
(actually that was what the commercial on the radio said.).
He decided to go and see her in her clinic on the third
floor of the mall. She heard his story and promised him that
for the low price of $39.99 she would be happy to cure him.
She gave him all kind of potions, black ones, green ones,
red ones; but instead of getting stronger he became weaker;
and the witch, who mostly cared about the money, didn?t help
him that much.

Harry spent all of his money on that witch, and when she
realized that, she told him that she couldn?t help him any
more. Harry, who had to pay for some bills like all people,
had to find a job for the first time in his life. The clerk
at the unemployment office asked him "what do you know to
do?" and Harry answered "I know how to be a super hero." The
clerk wasn?t excited at all. All he had to say was "we don?t
need no super heroes, but we sure can use one dishwashing
guy for this new ?All Stars? restaurant." Harry was happy,
he found a job and it wasn?t that hard either.

The new ?All Stars? restaurant had all kinds of people in
it, from all kinds of places, even the "Superman" actor from
the movie had come to eat there. And Harry, using his super
hero experience, could talk with them all. He could talk
French with the French, and Chinese with the Chinese. He
could even talk with the owner?s dog. But he wasn?t that
good at washing dishes. He even broke some every day. And
because of that he was fired.

Harry was depressed. He walked down the street of his
hometown and suddenly something happened. He felt like
lightning hit him right out of the sky. He saw her. She was
Wonder-Woman, and she was beautiful. Harry came up and asked
her about her fight with evil. Then he asked all kinds of
super heroes questions. But then she started crying. She had
the same problem Harry had. And when Harry heard that, he
was happy. For the first time in his life Harry was in
love.

Suddenly everything seemed so easy. Harry was back on his
feet again, and so was Wonder Woman, whose name was actually
Suzan. They started living together, and it worked out well.
When Harry was down Suzan encouraged him and the same
happened with Harry. They were a match made in heaven.

One day, Harry went down the stairs on his way to work as a
bellboy at the new ?All Stars? hotel. Suddenly he felt
strange, a well known tickle appeared in his feet and on to
his stomach. He became a super hero again. He ran up the
stairs and woke up his Suzan, who by then, was Wonder-Woman
again. He kissed her and she kissed him back. Then he went
back down the stairs and went to work. And actually he
didn?t care all that much about the world and about evil. He
knew that they would get along without his help. Even though
it was all over the newspapers that evil was taking over
again. He knew that it wasn?t so accurate.

Somewhere out there in an ?All Stars? hotel there is a
bellboy who has all kinds of super powers. And for the low
price of $39.99 he will give you a flight all over town. And
if you will pay extra, and be really nice you could even win
a free trip to Mars.
