She peered through her window
And saw a star
A dot of happiness
In a life so grim

She saw her night
They were so empty

She saw a leaf falling to the ground
As it fell the wind gusts whirlwind it around
It made her think of the way he lives his life

He never fights
He never tries
He's submissive to everything around

So that's how I live
The why of the leaf
Let the currents of the world
Sweep me around

She closed her eyes
Gave up the fight
Left her body behind
And reached the star
