The things that I've learned from you.

From you, its awkward, but from you
I learned that we can't know what is in people's minds and
what they think about, even if we can read people,
I learned that relationships can be over in the strangest
ways,
I learned that there is no absolute truth, especially in
relationships,
I learned that there are mature men out there,
I learned that there are men out there who don't only think
about sex as the first thing in a relationship
I learned that even the person that you're not in love with
can hurt you,
(but that's can happen if you let it happen)
I learned that people can be mature and silly at the same
time,
I learned that a man can LOVE listening to you but in the
same breath dislike it,
I learned that a man can communicate, but only when he
really wants to,
I learned that a man can try to put me down - but I become
stronger than I was,
I learned that I'm not a controlling person, there are
people that are constantly afraid of being controlled,
I learned that you have to be yourself and free in a
relationship, otherwise you are being controlled,
I learned that you cannot blame your past or parents all the
time, in every issue that you have-you have to deal with it
and let it go,
I learned that even from the silence you can learn a lot,
I learned that sometimes you have to compromise, if you
really want something,
I learned that you have to let it go as early as you can,
when you know it's not going to work out,
I learned that even if you're addicted you can be
rehabilitated,
I learned that you cannot predict someone's behavior,
I learned to expect the unexpected - like you were,
I learned that I'm a stronger woman than I thought I was,
I learned all that from you,
I learned so much from you- while I barely knew you,
I learned that time is insignificant, that the power is in
our hands to teach us all that!    
It's amazing how many things you can learn in such a short
time.
