you come upon a person, you had not wished to meet.
it is coincidental, that you had met that person
out of all the other existing people
it is coincidental
that there was an interaction
a conversation
an emotion

the amazement is.....

but passing
-momentary

'i'll love you forever'
but that is momentary
disposable
surreal

it leaves room for the mind
to tell you not to erase or
add another
like a word in a dictionary

but throughout seasons, and the daily routines, and the
realizations
you change
you grow up
and you realize you are  untouchable
you realize
you won't    'love forever'

and then

time keeps running restlessly
and you find yourself
an insomniac -for the very first
time.
