I see the world in pain
I see it bleed and ache in such great pain
I feel the load on me. It's getting harder to carry on
I ask myself why? Oh why it has to be this way?
My life has taken a turn for the worse, and everything seems
to be so dull and grey

And still I see the sun, it's shining through the clouds
above
It shines so bright on me and my heart fills with joy
I bask in it's warm light and look within myself to find the
happiness within

I stand and look around
I see the world's unfair and hard and cold
I still carry on and smile, it's hard but I find strength
inside
I feel alive inside in spite the pain around me

And still I see the sun, it's shining through the clouds
above
It shines so bright on me and my heart fills with joy
I bask in it's warm light and look within myself to find the
happiness within

I feel so good within
I see the world around me shine so bright
I want to scream with joy my life has turned around
I feel so peaceful now and calm in a world so dark and
morbid
I wish that all could just see what I see around me
