A cat in the street
has no place warm to sleep in
eats from the garbage
and nobody notices him

A monkey dressed in clothes
like a little human boy
but how is it human
to make experiments on him

A parrot in a cage
never seen the world outside
he was taught how to say "hello"
but was never taught how to say "let me out"

A dog on the side of the road
dying from his wounds
cars driving by
no one stops to care, nor cares to stop
