Macy went to the train today
She lost her way
Or so they say
And all the pills they gave away,
What she had to hide.

Macy's smart, it got away
Her physics they only paved the way
To Harvard, Boston, USA.
And sometimes that won't help.

Macy says it rains today
She saw the clouds, and they weren't gray
They spoke to her, she feels OK
It's not that she hears sounds

Macy tried to ride the bus
'Cause all her students laugh at class
Her tattered clothe won't help the shame
Of forgetting her last name.

Her husband left
He got the kids
'Cause in the court that's how it is
Now Macy has to make a choice
The real world or that cluttered noise.

Her cloudy mind just took away
All dreams of making it one day
She found a job, she likes the pay
But now it's all she has.
