I climbed a mountain which, in hindsight, was
Quite easy, pleasent and much fun.
Yet it was hard to start, perhaps because
Things seem much harder all the way until they're done.
The view is pretty: everything seem small
And peaceful, harmless and benign
Yet I'm more carful now because a fall
Would hurt much more than when I've just begun.
At the horizon, stratching far away
Are mountians; higher and sublime.
They would be nice to climb, but not today
'Cause mountains are best climbed one at a time. |
