I can't remember the last day I saw you smiling,
The only thing I can see is you crying.

I know just how you feel
My heart too was one very heal.
And as you see I manage living by my own
Although, sometimes I feel alone.

I can see the tears you try to hide inside
And I want so much to help you get it all outside
I don't know how to teach you to let go
When I myself won't ever let you go.

So maybe if you read this poem
You'll know that for me there won't be another home.
that I have no words of consolation
cause for me there is no salvation.

And therefore I can't tell you that you are wrong,
But I can tell you "be strong".
My love for you will never die
And this is why I can't tell you no lie.

People say that love dies with time
But that for me is just a terrible crime
Saying that what I feel for you
Can disappear in a day or two.

Time is sure a nice excuse
Making you believe that you were just confused.
Cause if that was true
You weren't crying like you do.

Believe me that I only want the best for you
Though I'm not the one, I can live that through
But there is one thing I want to do,
I want to wipe out the tears for you.
