It ended. Get over it.
Face the painfull truth and stop being pathetic. She doesn't
need you anymore so she threw you away. That's the way the
world works.
Deal with it.
And you can scream and shout and beg and cry a thousand  
rivers of pain, nothing would change the stabing fact that
she doesn't love you and need you as much as you love and
need her.
Get used to being kicked in the face
You don't always  get what you give
Don't trust anyone. The more you trust- the more the fall
will hurt.
You don't have a choise dear. The world sucks, people are
blind to others and you're bound to be alone. You better
