A mark of Cain upon his face
The man is lost and self disgraced
He's not the man he wants to be
His soul is harmed and wants to break free

Long ago...

When he was told when he was young
That "pain would lead to pleasure"
He understood from what they've said
That a man must break his back to earn his day of leisure
Was it really true or just a proverb?

Now...

Still the man might try to earn this day of leisure
But he was marked and it's so hard to erase
Cause the man was pulled aside by the law and the society
And it seems like a dead end way, there's no escape

He still tries to find that way which leads to pleasure
But still the Cain's mark upon his face
And this mark will bitter his life
Until he finds his death's pleasure
Or the death of his mark of the Les Miserables
