Oddly lit spectacles light the night sky.
Illuminate the empty desert wasteland.
Watching from above as their brethren from the river agree
Let the river flow, flow on down she goes, down into the
nothing !
Please believe me, the river told me, and they called out
his name...
THIS IS THE END OF THE NIGHT !  
Heavy footsteps thunder in the sand
Ever nearing, ever dire.....and then there was he.

He let out a roar that tore the sky apart,
and  proclaimed that he is that which is me.
welcome to the desert of the real he announced.
And with this my eyes were tearing blood.
I've been here before, this is his domain... my soul
The great lion, skin shining in mercury silver...
I loved you for so long
yet I never knew you at all
but in the spirit of my kindred
I feel your heart beat day by day
Inside my chest, the thunder and roaring

Brother ! he yelled , give me the mask and I'll listen to
your dreams!
And so I did.  
Eyes filled with the primal fury of 10 thousand
predators....
I wanna shoot across the sky and burn myself into the hearts
of humanity, forever!
With this, the horizon turned its back on me  
the river mighty swallowed me whole.

Do not fret
do not worry
I am lost in this world for now
but I am a stronger man
for the adventures I have just been on.
I met some friends who touched my soul
and now I sit here all alone
reflecting on my life
and need some time to myself.
I wont be lost for long
but I just need to dream the pain away.
