Girl, did you see the great, powerful wizard?
What did he have to say?
Did he promise you flying over the rainbow
so colorful everyday?
And what did he say, little girl, when you asked him,
where is that place you call home?
Have he told you it's filled with people who love you
and everything's peaceful and warm?
How he replied when you asked about courage
on how to be never afraid?
Did he say a true hero would face any monster
without ever feeling a dread?
What have he told you, sweet girl, about wisdom,
on how to be witty and clever?
Did he tell you a wise man knows everything
and don't make mistakes never-ever?
And what have he told you of love, the all mighty,
which you searched through the world and yourself?
Did he say you should find it by the age of twenty
to bring you just comfort and health?
The truth is, my child, the great wizard is wrong
in all that he said to you.
Just remember that home, truth, justice and love,
may be hard to find,
but are true.
