I spent the day rearranging my room
cuz my friends would be in it quite soon
but in the end all my friends  didn't come
from a third wheel I've become just the one
The neighbors meanwhile are having a ball
I can hear their "music" coming over the wall
My Mom is away with her boyfriend in Rome
I have a rearranged house to enjoy all alone
It's sorta pathetic to dance out of frustration
to the music from a strangers celebration
