Reaching out to embrace whatever may come
כרגע סטודנט חסר חיים בבאר שבע עיר הפשע.

edge, one foot in midair, both hands on neck, one tear

"Care for a walk?" I asked, nearly whispering
She gave me this look that pierced right through me
"I was kinda in a middle of a walk my self... where too?"
she asked gently
-"Nowhere"

והיא התיישבה על יד החלון והקשיבה לסיפורו הבודד של הסקסופון,
למילותיו אבדות התקווה... עד כמה שהיא הזדהתה עם דבריו.

בעבר הבטת בי ככה

אני ניצב מול מראה עגולה, עירומה
עומדת לבדה על מרבד ירוק עד

העלטה עלתה עתה

שולחת רגליה לאין סוף
קולחת הקרח בין להביה

למבטך נתקלו מקבץ כוכבים שזהרו כמו השאר, בוהקים בכל חוזקם
וכוחם, שנבע מאלפי להבות אש, הם הצליחו לחדור מבעד למעטה
האפילה ולהיראות על ידי כולם, והם עשו זאת בגאווה.
אבל אז הבחנת בכוכב בודד, כוכב שזהר בכעס.

אני רוצה לחיות ביקום אחר.
ביקום שבו פיות הן שמנות ובקושי יכולות לעוף, והן מכוערות.
