Efrat Darky is a Tel Aviv based singer/songwriter
and actress. She released an album in 2008 called
"Brownies - Home Made Recipe", picking the name
because the album was recorded entirely in her
Tel Aviv apartment. The album is a mix of
electronic beats, grooves and guitar. It was
produced by Tomer Ben Ari, who plays every
instrument on the album and also did the Sound
engineering, editing, production and mixing. His
skills give the album a magical and unique edge.
"Brownies" is a mixture of pop, rock and
electronica, and has been influenced by artists
such as Alanis Morisette, Dido, gurrilas,
Portishead and Massive Attack. Efrat Darky has
formed a band with Eyal sucher: guitar and voc.
Yaniv kadosh: bass .Ron Hizkiyahu : Drum .They
been touring across Israel since 2006. Brownies -

charismatic, sexy, and Introspective nature is
deliciously materialized in her music. The songs
have the simplicity and a musicality that makes
the listener a fan. Efrat Darky's Undeniable and
unique sensitivity to music must be witnessed to
be believed. Efrat Darky started her musical way
during acting school with her first electopank
band (1999) which had both English and Hebrew
repertoire. Nowadays Efrat is taking part in a
rock band called M20 & an electronic oriented
band called FixFox. Recently Efrat started to
work on a new album, which is due next year.
