Lyrics sang stick in my head

Lyrics I consider wisdom of the great
Lyrics of that fine woman, that fine man
But I find some of these conflict- and I am lost without a
plan:

And I love deeming, until the clouds block the rays

When I look down, I just miss all the good stuff"
Then suddenly I wake up "sleep is like a fever and I am
glad when it ends"
Dreaming can be too much but "lose your dreams and you will
lose your mind"
I think I lost my mind, that's why I dream all the time
That song is about me "she's only happy in the sun"
Except "I start to complain when there's no rain"
And so "I try to draw the line, but it ends up running down
the middle of me- most of time"
And the rest of the times, I just give up trying, I take
the whole.
Confused in my mind.
Confused in my soul.
