Once I stood
On the mountain's side
I saw a bird
Who shouted "Hide"!

"The rain will pour
Like waterfall's splash
You will be drowned
And spoild like ash"

I'm pretty safe here
Shouted I
I want to be in the open sky

"Hurry now,
Do not ask why,
Troops are coming to hunt
By and by"

I'm pretty safe here
Shouted I
For I can't be seen
With one's bear eye

"Beware, Beware!
Of the wild cat
Who will tear your skin
As if you are a rat"

I'm pretty safe here
For Cat's eye is bright
I'll see it from afar
And even at night

But as soon
As those words were said
Something happened
Right ahead

Sound of the immortal gun
With what they used to hunt
For fun

After came the purring cat
Which pulled out his claws
As if to eat a rat

At last came in the rain
Like a waterfall splash
Made of all
Spoiled ash

When all were gone
Silence came about
For no one was there
To scream or to shout

And so, the last goodbye
Was all's glance
Up to the sky
